Hustling for the Win

  Aloha,   Today I look back on how far I have come in the fitness industry. I was always athletic I grade school and only one boy could out run me (good ol' Phillip). But then came, Jr. High and High School where the only place I seemed to run was my bedroom every Wednesday night to watch Beverly Hills 90210. Serioulsy, not active at all.  Fast forward twenty years later and I found Beachbody, a company that I not only had friends and family seeing progress from, but to be able to do workouts from your home and not have to find child care and drive somewhere and feel rushed to get back home because dinner still has to be made is amazing!!!  The only problem was, I was alone, in my house and the only one to hold myself accountable.... That went downhill and uphill and downhill....
